The closest civilisation can be found southward in some 800 kms distance from Ittoqqortoormiit or Scoresbysund in non-Inuit language.
In remote areas it is not that simple to carry a commercial industry. Until present the main production has focused on utilization of smaller whales like narwhale. Post meeting with the community hunters and mayor it was agreed that moskusox, hares, ptarmigans and even seals will be produced on the plant. Furthermore a contact to the Great Greenland seal skin production unity is advised to be established so more optimum utilization of natural ressources generated from the area can be established.
