Anis glazed with musk
braised fennel and baked potatoes
300 g Moskuslårtunge
5 g Star anise
3 dl. Bouillon
1DL. Clark
30 g unsalted butter
1 roughly chopped shallots
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying

Musk legs heavy
Shallots roasted with star anise in a saucepan, add
red wine and let it cook until 1 / 3. Add then
broths and butter. Let it boil until it gets
sauce consistency, run it and taste it with salt
and pepper.
Brown lårtungen in oil with slats and prepare the
finished in the oven at 150 C for approx. 10-12 minutes.
Glaser then into the forehead with a little of the sauce.
