130 g of a millimeter-thin slices of topside musk
A little olive oil
A little lemon juice
Salt and pepper

The thin slices ligges on a plate and season
with salt and pepper. Then dripping a little olive oil and
lemon juice on top
Raw marinated fennel
½ Fennel
3 Small kryddertomater
30 g Washed ruccolasalat
A little fresh Parmesan flakes
Parsley Leaves
Just hasselnøddeolie
a little sherry vinegar
Salt and pepper
Fennel grated in thin slices and marinating with salt,
sherry vinegar and hasselnøddeolie.
Tomatoes neighborhoods and ruccolaen picked. Tomatoes
and ruccolaen reversed with fennel and Parmesan flakes.
