Musk Meat balls:
500 g. minced moskuskød
1 Big potato
1 Big onion
1 Big Egg
50 g. oatmeal or flour
2 dl Milk
Salt
Pepper
Musk Meat Balls
Musk meat, potato and onion chopped through a mincer once. Add oatmeal mixture, eggs, salt, pepper and milk and affect at least 5 minutes. Father will then rest in a cool place a half hour.

Fried meatballs in a heated oven at 180 degrees on a baking sheet with in 25-30 min. Ovnstegning is best because there will add more fat, and meatballs are all ready at once.
Meatballs served with stuvede turnips, boiled carrots, pumpkin and pickled gherkins.

  Roux:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour while stirring. The milk is added under vigorous stirring, so that no lumps are formed, and season with salt and pepper.

Turnips cut into appropriate pieces and boil in water for 15 min. Beet be put into the roux, stir cautious around 10 min.
